I didn’t know who Gabriel Tallent was until you mentioned him here. I googled. So do you mean he praised it and you don’t trust him? It was recommended to me by Ova from https://excusemyreading.com/ and so far our tastes matched really well. So I think I will like it, I just really need a break from everything complicated. I read …can you believe it, a YA novel (!!!) and really enjoyed it and reading The Rosie Project now (also very fast-paced, funny and entertaining). After these two I will try Bitter Orange again. Will definitely let you know how it goes 🙂
